What are the shipping/delivery times?

We offer free tracked shipping for all our items and this takes 10 – 15 business days from the shipping date to get to you. Items usually are delivered within 10 business days from shipping date, but there may be slight delays due to weather conditions and tighter security screening and checks in your respective countries.

How long do shipments take to be delivered?

After you placed your order, it will be transferred to “Processing”. This process can take 2-3 business days to complete but on most cases just 24 hours.

After the “Processing” phase is completed, your order will be ready for shipment. We will send you the tracking number via the email that you used when placing your order. Please keep track of which email you used when creating your order, this is the only place you can access your order information.

Therefore, the shipping time of 10 to 15 business days.

To ensure the best balance between price and profit, even though we are a USA-based company, all our products are made and shipped from our factory based in China. We supervise the production, packing and shipping process to ensure you receive the best value for money.

Delayed Delivery After 15 Business days From shipping Date

If your order has been delayed for any reason past our standard delivery time of 10 – 15 business days from your shipping date, let us know so we can investigate it. If it is lost, we will issue you a full refund or replace your order, and if it is delayed for some reasons, you will be issued a partial refund upon the delivery of the package to you as compensation.
