How to raise a dispute for an order?
You need to register your dispute, please:
Sending an email to [email protected] with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 7 days of delivery. We need photos of the damaged/defective/different products received so that we can defend your dispute with us. Please mention your order number in the email.
Is It Necessary For Me To Provide Identification When I Receive The Package?
No, it isn’t, though the authorized/intended recipient will be required to sign the delivery document upon the delivery of the package.
Are In-Transit Products Insured?
All In-transit items are insured. If you feel your item is damaged on opening, we would request you to not accept the item or report back to us immediately by contacting P.O and emailing at [email protected] to be aided.
Can I Modify My Delivery Address?
Once the order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address. You have to cancel the order and re-order the product with the correct address. The payments, if you have already made, will be refunded to you as per refund terms and conditions.
Who pays for the delivery charges for returning of products?
When you’re returning an item that was damaged/ defective or due to an error on the seller’s part, you will be compensated for return courier charges. Please pack well when you are returning the product so that it reaches the seller in good condition.
The amount you paid for the product less transaction cost and shipping charges paid at the time of order will be directly refunded back to your bank account within 15 working days of refund. You have to provide your bank details for a refund on the email sent to [email protected]
How are items packaged?
All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
All Cushmed items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order. You can also see the tracking number in your order history panel in your account when you login.
