You need to register your dispute, please:
Filling relevant information in the above form and uploading files including images of broken/defective/damaged products within 7 days of delivery. We need photos of the damaged/defective/different products received so that we can defend your dispute with us. Please mention your order number in the email.
No, it isn’t, though the authorized/intended recipient will be required to sign the delivery document upon the delivery of the package.
Once the order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address. You have to cancel the order and re-order the product with the correct address. The payments, if you have already made, will be refunded to you as per refund terms and conditions.
When you’re returning an item that was damaged/ defective or due to an error on the seller’s part, you will be compensated for return courier charges. Please pack well when you are returning the product so that it reaches the seller in good condition.
